ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares meals for patients, staff, and guests daily.
• Assists the dishwasher in returning clean dishes, pots, and pans to preparation areas.
• Operates various food preparation equipment and utensils in a safe manner.
• Maintains food preparation equipment and work area in a high degree of cleanliness.
• Stock supplies and food items in work areas of the department

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in health care or SNF food preparation is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
