About Us: St. Luke's Medical Center is comprised of a Critical Access Hospital, Rural Health Clinic, and an assisted living facility. We are looking for hardworking reliable cooks who can serve high quality meals to our patients, residents, and employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares meals for patients, staff, and guests daily.
- Assists the dishwasher in returning clean dishes, pots, and pans to preparation areas.
- Operates various food preparation equipment and utensils in a safe manner.
- Maintains food preparation equipment and work area in a high degree of cleanliness.
- Stock supplies and food items in work areas of the department
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in health care or SNF food preparation is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
