Coordinates service from outside tradesman when needed. Maintains hospital grounds including mowing, spraying, weeding, and snow removal.

Requirements

· 1 or more years of previous similar experience

· High School Graduate or equivalent

· Knowledgeable about electricity and electrical safety

· Must possess technical skill and knowledge to perform duties

· Must be able to follow direction, both oral and written, and work cooperatively with other staff members

· Multiple mechanical repair abilities

· Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
